Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of client servicing professionals to ensure high performance, motivation, and career growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met consistently.
- Business Development: Identify and nurture new opportunities to expand the client base.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, improve client satisfaction, and drive business growth.
- Process Adherence: Ensure meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company, fostering a culture of being process-driven to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality in the team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in client servicing or account management roles within the exhibitions, events, or BTL industry.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and process orientation.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Willingness to travel globally as required for client meetings, industry events, and project installations.
