By submitting a nomination for the #SheLeadsTheShow Awards organized by Exhibition Globe, the nominator and nominee agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
1.1. The awards are open to women professionals actively contributing to the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry globally.
1.2. Nominees must be at least 18 years old at the time of nomination.
1.3. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted.
2. Nomination Process:
2.1. All nominations must be submitted through the official online nomination form available on Exhibition Globe’s website/Link.
2.2. The nominator must provide accurate details, including nominee credentials, professional achievements, and supporting information.
2.3. Incomplete or misleading nominations will be disqualified without prior notice.
2.4. Nominees must consent to their nomination before submission.
3. Selection & Judging:
3.1. Nominations will be reviewed by the members appointed by Exhibition Globe.
3.2. The decision of the members is final and binding. No disputes or appeals regarding the selection process will be entertained.
3.3. Shortlisted nominees may be contacted for additional information or interviews.
4. Confidentiality & Data Usage:
4.1. By submitting a nomination, you agree that Exhibition Globe may use the nominee’s name, image, contact details and professional details for promotional activities.
4.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
5. Award Ceremony & Recognition:
5.1. Winners and finalists will be announced on Exhibition Globe’s official website and social media channels.
5.2. The award recipients must share their proper contact details including their mailing address to receive their trophies / certificates in the hard copy format too, if any.
6. General Terms:
6.1. Exhibition Globe reserves the right to modify or cancel the awards at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Submission of a nomination constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6.3. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India, and legal jurisdiction will be Mumbai, India.
