The 9th International Two-Day Art Exhibition began on Wednesday at the Kangra Art Museum in Dharamsala.

The exhibition is being organised by Jaleshwar Foundation, Odisha.

During the exhibition, about 30 painters from India, Nepal and Mongolia are displaying their artworks.

The exhibition was inaugurated by the Sanjeev Gandhi, member of the Eco Tourism Society of the state government. Gandhi said he was grateful to Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, who has chosen Dharamsala for the exhibition. He added that he was thankful to the Language and Culture Department for the opportunity to organise the exhibition in the town.

The international-level painters who were showcasing their works here should get the benefit of Dharamsala being a tourist town, and tourism beneficiaries should take advantage of the exhibition, he said.
