At Sustain Awards, we design and manufacture personalized trophies, award plaques and custom trophies for corporate and institutional events.

Off-the-shelf collection — custom trophies
We work with predefined models where we control materials, processes, and finishes. We use wooden trophies, post-consumer recycled plastic trophies, or acrylic trophies, among other sustainable materials, machined using CNC, laser cutting, and finished with non-toxic water-based paint. Personalization is done through engraving or full-color UV printing, ensuring precision in logos, texts, and brand-aligned graphic elements. These custom trophies and award plaques include an eco-label detailing materials and environmental impact calculated under ISO 14040.

Delivery times:

• 48h for urgent orders (up to 100 units in the EU).
• 1 week with final design.
• 2 weeks if we develop the graphic design.

Trophy cases:
Our cases are made from 100% recycled 600 g/m² Pankaster, a compact and rigid cardboard with a matte cement gray finish. They can be customized using screen printing in one or more inks, with no minimum quantity and at a reduced additional cost.

Custom line — tailored design
We design and manufacture unique pieces tailored to a defined concept, shape, and materials for each project. The process includes design, material selection, industrialization, manufacturing, and assembly. Various materials can be integrated according to formal or symbolic requirements. In these projects, it is not always possible to guarantee the exclusive use of recycled materials or the availability of an eco-label, due to technical, cost, and time constraints.

Delivery times:

• Minimum 3–4 weeks.
• Recommended 6–8 weeks for complex projects or those requiring specific material development.
