Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Exhibition Globe i.e. www.exhibitionglobe.com and www.exhibitionglobe.com/business, we strive to provide valuable services through various types of content publication, listings, and promotional opportunities in the exhibitions and events industry.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds will be handled for free and paid services on our platform.

1. Free Services

  • Basic content publishing (articles, press releases, interviews, e-magazine contributions) and basic vendor listings (company profiles, jobs, services, venues) are free of cost, subject to approval and discretion of the management.
  • Since no payment is involved, cancellation and refund are not applicable to free services.

2. Paid Services

Paid services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Sponsored content, news, updates, interviews, or featured articles
  • Premium vendor, business, venue listings, job postings, and other listings
  • Advertisement slots (Ads or banner ads on website, listing and e-magazine ads, or any kind of digital campaigns)
  • Promotional packages or visibility upgrades (as and when packaged by the management)
2.1 Non-Refundable Services
  • All payments made for advertisements, listings, content promotion, and packages are non-refundable, either fully or partially, once the service has been booked and the payment is done.
  • This includes cases where the service is discontinued early by the customer or if the results do not meet expectations.
2.2 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A technical error on our platform resulted in non-delivery of the purchased service.
  • The payment was charged twice due to a processing error.
  • The management, at its sole discretion, decides to cancel a service before it goes live.

In such cases, users may be offered:

  • A full refund, OR
  • A service credit that can be used towards future listings, promotions, or advertisement packages.
2.3 Refund Request Procedure
  • Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of payment via email at hello@exhibitionglobe.com. Any request beyond this period will not be entertained.
  • The request should include: payment receipt, transaction ID, service details, and genuine reason for cancellation that can be accepted by the management for approval or denial at its sole discretion.
  • Only approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, after deducting any applicable government fees and administrative charges.

3. Cancellation by Users

  • Once a paid service request (e.g., ad slot, featured listing, etc.) has been processed or published, it cannot be cancelled by the user.
  • If the user wishes to discontinue a live service, no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation by Exhibition Globe

  • Exhibition Globe reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove any content, listing, or advertisement at its discretion, without assigning a reason.
  • In such cases, the user may be eligible for a refund or service credit, subject to management’s decision.

5. Changes to Policy

Exhibition Globe reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest updates.
