Exhibition Excellence Awards & Summit 2026 to Celebrate 10 Years of Industry Impact in Mumbai

Exhibition Showcase has announced that the 10th edition of the Exhibition Excellence Awards & Summit will be held on 12 June 2026 in Mumbai at the CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre. This marks a decade of recognising standout contributions in the exhibitions and events industry.

This milestone edition will be co-located with the India Event Expo, creating a combined platform for both celebration and business. Exhibitors, organisers, venue operators, service providers and event professionals will all find opportunities to connect, showcase innovations and build partnerships.

Over the years, the Exhibition Excellence Awards (EEA) have become a benchmark for excellence within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) sector in India. Earlier editions have drawn nearly 1,000 industry participants, with strong backing from major trade bodies and institutions.

The event is supported by a range of industry associations and government-linked organisations, reflecting broad stakeholder involvement in elevating industry standards. These include event and exhibition regulators, trade associations, and councils that help set best practices in exhibitions, venue management, and event services.

The agenda is expected to blend recognition with learning. Apart from the awards ceremony, there will likely be keynote talks, panel discussions, networking sessions, and showcases from organisations advancing innovation in areas like event technology, infrastructure, sustainability, and visitor engagement.

Nomination windows, speaker announcements, and other details will be released closer to the event. Stakeholders such as exhibition designers, service providers, experiential agencies and venue operators are encouraged to watch for calls for submissions and participate.

The tenth edition is anticipated to be one of the most ambitious yet, aiming to raise the bar in terms of scale, participation and influence. Through a decade of ceremonies, the EEA has become a key yearly landmark for the exhibition and events sector in India.

For professionals in the exhibition ecosystem—organisers, stand contractors, facility providers, and others—this event offers more than just awards. It affords visibility, validation, and opportunities to benchmark practices, forge new collaborations, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
