Interview With Ms. Priyanka Kadam CEO Of Arc Exhibits
EG Team: Ms. Kadam, what is your long-term vision for Arc Exhibits in the global exhibition industry?
Ms. Priyanka Kadam: Priyanka Kadam: When I think of the future of Arc Exhibits, I don’t just see rows of beautifully designed booths - I see thriving marketplaces of ideas, where industries cross-pollinate, collaborations spark, and businesses unlock opportunities they never imagined. Our longterm vision is simple yet ambitious: to transform exhibitions into global growth engines. We want to move beyond the traditional idea of stalls and displays and position exhibitions as platforms that drive conversations, fuel innovation, and create measurable impact on economies.
Arc Exhibits is already building that bridge across continents. With offices in Poland and Mumbai and a workshop in Dubai, we’re steadily weaving a global footprint. But our dream doesn’t stop there. We aspire to be the partner of choice - whether it’s for a rising startup in India, a tech giant in the Middle East, or a heritage brand in Europe. Ultimately, our vision is to be remembered not just for designing exhibition spaces, but for designing success stories. That’s the legacy we’re chasing - creating meaningful connections, fostering global collaborations, and setting new benchmarks for what exhibitions can achieve.
EG Team: Arc Exhibits operates in multiple geographies. How do you manage international projects across countries like Germany, Spain, USA, Russia, and Dubai?
Ms. Kadam: Managing projects across Germany, Spain, the USA, Russia, Dubai, and beyond is no small feat - it’s like conducting a global orchestra where every instrument has to play in perfect harmony. For us at Arc Exhibits, the key lies in combining strong central coordination with agile local execution. Our offices in Mumbai and Poland act as strategic command centers, aligning design, planning, and client expectations. Meanwhile, our fully equipped Dubai workshop functions as a robust production hub, giving us speed, control, and flexibility in the Middle East and European markets. But global delivery doesn’t stop at infrastructure - it’s also about relationships. That’s why we’ve built a trusted network of local vendors and partners in every major geography we operate in. They bring regional expertise, compliance knowledge, and on-ground support, which is invaluable when dealing with diverse regulations and cultural nuances.
Equally important is our team of experienced project managers who act as the glue holding everything together. They ensure consistent quality, anticipate logistical challenges, and keep communication channels open across time zones. On top of that, we rely heavily on digital collaboration tools - whether it’s remote design reviews, real-time progress tracking, or instant client approvals. This hybrid model allows us to deliver the same Arc Exhibits standard - whether we’re setting up in Frankfurt, Madrid, Las Vegas, Moscow, or Dubai. At the end of the day, no matter where in the world we are, our clients trust us to make the process seamless, stress-free, and successful.
EG Team: In such a competitive industry, what differentiates Arc Exhibits from other stall design and fabrication firms?
Ms. Kadam: What sets Arc Exhibits apart in such a competitive industry is our ability to blend creativity, quality, and reliability. We don’t just design stalls—we craft immersive brand experiences that stand out in crowded exhibition halls and connect deeply with audiences. Every design is customized to reflect a client’s goals, ensuring their presence is both memorable and impactful. Equally important is execution. We insist on premium materials, precision fabrication, and on-time delivery, because in this industry, there are no second chances. That commitment to excellence has earned us long-standing trust— more than half our business comes from repeat clients across diverse industries, which we see as the strongest endorsement of our work.
EG Team: Which industries form your strongest client base, and why do they choose you?
Ms. Kadam: Priyanka Kadam: Arc Exhibits works with
clients across a wide spectrum, but our
strongest base lies in industries like pharma,
medical, plastics, water, infrastructure, and
automotive. These are sectors where precision compliance, and innovation are non-negotiable
—and that’s exactly where we bring value.
Whether it’s adhering to strict industry
regulations or ensuring flawless execution, our
clients know they can depend on us.
In fact, our repeat business in pharma and
medical alone stands close to 60%. That kind of
loyalty comes from more than just good design
—it reflects trust built over time, consistent
delivery, and our ability to align creativity with
industry-specific requirements. When clients
choose us, they’re choosing peace of mind,
knowing their brand will be showcased with
W
professionalism and impact.
EG Team: Technology is transforming exhibitions. How is Arc Exhibits integrating innovation into stall experiences?
Ms. Kadam: At Arc Exhibits, we see
technology as the heartbeat of modern
exhibitions. From 3D previews and AR/VR
walkthroughs to LED walls, live data capture,
and interactive kiosks, we’ve woven innovation
into every stage of the process. These tools
allow clients to visualize their booth long
before it’s built, eliminating guesswork and
making collaboration smoother.
On-site, technology takes the experience to the
next level—whether it’s an interactive kiosk that
draws visitors in, a VR demo that immerses
them in a product journey, or live data capture
that helps clients measure ROI instantly. For us,
tech isn’t just an add-on; it’s the key to creating
exhibition spaces that are engaging, memorable, and results-driven.
EG Team: Sustainability is now a global priority. What steps are you taking towards eco-friendly stall design?
Ms. Kadam: Sustainability is no longer
optional—it’s a responsibility we all share, and
at Arc Exhibits we’ve made it an integral part of
how we work. Our designs focus on modular
and reusable structures, eco-friendly materials,
and energy-efficient lighting, ensuring that
every booth we build reduces waste and
conserves resources.
We’ve also moved towards smarter practices like
offering digital alternatives to printed materials
and sourcing locally to cut down on
transportation-related emissions. Even the small
details matter—like encouraging clients to opt
for green giveaways that align with their brand
values. For us, eco-friendly design isn’t about
following a trend; it’s about shaping a future
where exhibitions can be both impactful and
sustainable.
EG Team: What has been the most significant challenge you’ve faced in this industry, and how did you overcome it?
Ms. Kadam: One of the biggest challenges in the exhibition industry is
managing unorganized trade show labor, which
comes with complex union regulations and
often unexpected costs. Early in our journey,
these factors could lead to delays and impact the
overall quality of execution. We tackled this
challenge through a proactive, relationshipdriven approach.
It is mismanaged and unorganised labour we
face difficulty with hiring specialized labor
management partners, and implementing
meticulous pre-planning for every project, we
created a system that minimizes surprises onsite. This not only ensures smooth execution
but also allows our teams to focus on creativity
and quality rather than firefighting logistical
issues.
EG Team: What is your current stall-building capacity, and how do you handle peak season overlaps?
Ms. Kadam: Arc Exhibits currently has the capacity to handle 5 to 15 projects simultaneously, fabricating anywhere from 200 to 500+ square meters of exhibition space each month. But peak seasons, with overlapping events like Elecrama and Plastivision, present a unique challenge that requires precision planning and execution. To manage multiple projects efficiently, we deploy parallel teams, utilize modular and reusable designs, and leverage advanced project management tools to track every detail in real time. This ensures that no matter how many events overlap, each stall maintains the same high standard of creativity, quality, and timely delivery that our clients expect.
EG Team: Beyond design and fabrication, do you also provide end-to-end exhibition solutions?
Ms. Kadam: Absolutely. At Arc Exhibits,
we’re more than stall designers and fabricators
—we’re a turnkey exhibition partner. From
initial design and fabrication to logistics, on-site
installation, dismantling, and storage, we
manage every aspect so our clients can focus on
their core business.
But our support doesn’t stop there. We also
provide value-added services like AV setups,
graphics and branding, digital marketing, and
even lead-generation assistance. This holistic
approach ensures that clients don’t just get a
booth—they get a complete, seamless
exhibition experience that drives engagement,
brand visibility, and measurable results.
EG Team: Finally, are you open to strategic partnerships to expand your global footprint?
Ms. Kadam: Absolutely. At Arc Exhibits,
we see strategic partnerships as a powerful way
to amplify impact and reach new markets.
Collaborations allow us to share resources,
expand visibility, and co-create opportunities
that benefit both our clients and partners.
In today’s increasingly connected exhibition
industry, no single company can do it all. By
working with like-minded partners, we can
combine strengths, innovate faster, and deliver
even more value to our clients globally. I firmly
believe that partnerships aren’t just an option—
they’re the future, driving collective growth and
shaping the next generation of exhibitions.
