BMA House to Host EIN Sustainable Events Lounge 2026, Launching Latest Sustainable Event Buyer’s Guide

BMA House will once again welcome event professionals for Event Industry News’ (EIN) Sustainable Events Lounge on 25 March 2026, marking the sixth consecutive year the venue has hosted the launch of the EIN Sustainable Event Buyer’s Guide.

Formerly known as the annual Breakfast Briefing, the 2026 Sustainable Events Lounge has been reimagined as a more immersive and engaging experience designed to inspire, educate and energise organisers committed to driving sustainability across the events sector.

Launch of the Sustainable Event Buyer’s Guide 2026

The Sustainable Events Lounge will officially launch the latest edition of the EIN Sustainable Event Buyer’s Guide, a trusted resource for organisers seeking expert insight, advice and sustainable suppliers. The guide includes practical tools, expert commentary and real-world case studies, showcasing how events can create meaningful experiences while reducing environmental impact.

Showcasing BMA House’s Sustainability Leadership

Hosted at BMA House, the event will spotlight the venue’s strong sustainability credentials, blending its historic architecture and green outdoor spaces with a forward-thinking approach to food, drink and event technology.

Guests will experience a low-waste, carbon-conscious menu, alongside flexible event solutions such as open-plan room layouts, adaptable seating and catering options, and modern eco-friendly lighting tailored to client branding. Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore the venue’s latest sustainable upgrades, including enhancements to the iconic Great Hall.

Sustainability sits at the core of everything we do at BMA House. It guides how we operate, plan and deliver every meeting, conference and celebration. From the first enquiry, we work with clients to reduce impact and create positive change while still achieving their goals and staying within budget. The EIN Sustainable Events Lounge is a fantastic platform to bring that mindset to life.

Returning to BMA House for the sixth launch of our Sustainable Event Buyer’s Guide speaks volumes about the strength of our partnership and shared commitment to sustainability. This event brings together a community of organisers who want to do better, and BMA House understands exactly what we’re trying to achieve.

The Sustainable Events Lounge and Buyer’s Guide allow us to demonstrate how a historic central London venue can lead the way in sustainability. We’re proud to continue our long-standing collaboration with Event Industry News and look forward to welcoming guests for an engaging and uplifting start to the day.
