The industry’s only dedicated event technology trade show, has announced a strategic community partnership with Event Tech World (ETW) ahead of ETL London 2026, scheduled for November 11–12 at Excel London.
A Stronger Platform for Event Technology Buyers
This collaboration unites ETL’s network of over 3,000 qualified event technology buyers with ETW’s highly engaged community of corporate, agency, exhibition, and conference professionals. The partnership aims to redefine how attendees discover, explore, and evaluate event technology solutions on the show floor.
Introducing the ‘Demo Drive’ Experience
At the core of this partnership is the launch of the Demo Drive, a co-created, community-led walkthrough designed to simplify technology discovery. Taking place across both event days, each session will feature six to eight exhibitors presenting their solutions in a structured and engaging format.
Unlike traditional product showcases, Demo Drives will focus on delivering educational value alongside live demonstrations, helping attendees better understand real-world applications of event technologies. These sessions will be led by Vanessa Lovatt, founder of Event Tech World, bringing her expertise and industry insights directly to participants.
Exclusive Access Through Hosted Buyer Programme
As part of the partnership, ETW will nominate selected members to participate in ETL’s Hosted Buyer Programme. This initiative provides early access to pre-scheduled meetings with exhibitors, allowing attendees to maximize their time and networking opportunities before general registration opens in September.
