FINE 2026 to Transform Valladolid into Global Hub for Wine and Gastronomic Tourism

Valladolid, Spain, is set to take centre stage in the global wine tourism industry as it hosts the 7th edition of the International Wine Tourism Fair (FINE 2026) on 3–4 March 2026. Widely recognised as one of the world’s leading trade platforms dedicated exclusively to wine tourism, FINE 2026 will bring together industry professionals from Europe, the Americas and Asia for two days of high-level networking and business development.

The upcoming edition has already confirmed participation from key wine-producing and tourism markets including Canada, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Spain, Italy and Portugal, along with several emerging wine tourism destinations. The event will feature a strong mix of wineries, wine routes, tourism boards, hotels and tour operators, offering a comprehensive showcase of global wine tourism experiences.

More than 140 wineries, destinations and tourism companies are expected to exhibit at FINE 2026, while over 50 international buyer agencies will participate in structured B2B meetings. With an estimated 2,200+ pre-scheduled business meetings, the fair is positioned as one of the most important international networking and deal-making platforms for wine tourism professionals.

Spotlight on Leading Wine Regions and New Tourism Trends

FINE 2026 will highlight prestigious Spanish wine regions such as La Rioja, Ribeira Sacra and Campo de Cariñena, alongside renowned international destinations from Italy, Portugal and Latin America. A key innovation this year is the introduction of olive oil tourism, expanding the event’s scope and adding a strong gastronomic tourism dimension that reflects evolving trends in experiential and premium travel.

Strong Institutional Support

The event is backed by major institutional partners including Turespaña, the Regional Government of Castile and León, and Valladolid City Council, reinforcing Spain’s leadership role in the global wine tourism sector.

With its growing international reach, focused B2B format and emphasis on high-value travel experiences, FINE 2026 is expected to play a decisive role in shaping the future of global wine, olive oil and gastronomic tourism, while further positioning Valladolid as a key destination on the international wine tourism map.
