Olympia Events to Bring Food & Beverage In-House from January 2026

Olympia Events, part of Legends Global, has announced a major strategic shift by bringing its food and beverage (F&B) operations in-house, marking a significant milestone for the iconic multi-venue complex and the global live events specialist. Effective from 1 January 2026, the move is aimed at delivering an elevated, distinctive and premium guest experience across Olympia’s historic and newly developed spaces.

The decision covers Olympia’s Heritage Halls, the soon-to-open International Convention Centre (ICC), and the premium lounge, The Addison, all set to launch as part of Olympia’s wider transformation in 2026. By managing F&B internally under Legends Global’s world-leading culinary and hospitality team, Olympia Events will gain greater creative control, flexibility and consistency in its food offering.

Elevated Culinary Experience With British Provenance

Under the new in-house model, guests can expect a refreshed culinary experience rooted in British provenance, with menus built around locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental responsibility. The move is designed to support exceptional event delivery for organisers, exhibitors and visitors alike.

As part of the transition, Olympia will undertake a complete refresh of retail and catering units across the Grand Hall and National Hall. From early January 2026, visitors will see a new line-up of premium dining concepts, including Chicken Shack, It’s A Wrap, Bowl Me Over and London Kitchen, enhancing choice and quality throughout the venue.

To further strengthen its evolving F&B strategy, Olympia Events will also appoint a new Executive Chef in the coming months to lead and develop the culinary vision across the estate.

Strengthening the Guest Experience

Rob Colegate, Food & Beverage Director at Olympia Events, said the move places customer experience at the heart of the venue’s transformation.

“Our top priority at Olympia is to enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint. Moving food and beverage in-house, under Legends Global, will help us achieve exactly that. This new model allows us to provide a broader range of high-quality and premium options across our Heritage Halls, new ICC and The Addison, while giving us the flexibility to evolve in line with the ambition and diversity of events hosted at Olympia,” he said.

Legends Global Expands Its London Footprint

Stephen Cooper, Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage (Europe) at Legends Global, highlighted the significance of Olympia’s addition to the company’s growing European portfolio.

“Legends Global’s expansion into the London market continues at pace, and welcoming Olympia into our portfolio is something we are incredibly proud of. Its 2026 opening will be game changing for live events and entertainment in London, and the culinary offering will be setting a new standard. We have a talented, experienced team with real vision, and we’re excited to bring this project to life,” he said.

A Global Leader in Venue Hospitality

Legends Global is a premier partner to some of the world’s most iconic venues and a recognised leader in venue hospitality, food and beverage innovation, and fan experience. Across the UK and Europe, the company partners with major clubs and venues including Real Madrid CF, FC Porto, P&J Live, Wembley Arena and AO Arena. It also manages F&B operations at nine of the UK’s most prestigious racecourses, delivering premium hospitality on both race and non-race days.

The company’s commitment to world-class F&B experiences has been further underlined by recent high-profile agreements, including a multi-year partnership with Chelsea FC as official catering service provider at Stamford Bridge and Kingsmeadow Stadiums, and the move to bring food and beverage operations in-house at Wembley Arena.

With this latest announcement, Olympia Events and Legends Global are positioning Olympia as a benchmark destination for live events, conventions and premium hospitality in London, setting a new standard for food and beverage experiences when the transformed venue opens in 2026.
