Premier Events Announces Strategic Restructure, Team Expansion and Brand Revamp Plans for 2026

Leading full-service events agency Premier Events has unveiled a major internal restructuring alongside plans for a brand refresh in 2026, following its strongest financial performance to date. The Leicester-based, fully integrated agency closed 2025 with revenues exceeding £10 million, recording an impressive 46% year-on-year growth.

Building on this momentum, Premier Events is streamlining operations, expanding service capabilities and refreshing the visual identity of its individual brands as it enters the next phase of growth.

Content & Creative Team Merges With Premier Studios

As part of the restructuring, Premier Events has announced the merger of its Content and Creative team with Premier Studios, aligning two closely connected divisions to improve efficiency and enhance client delivery.

“The Content and Creative Team was born out of our Studios offering. By uniting these teams, our workflows will become more efficient and our offering can adapt to reflect the needs of our clients.”

Premier Studios operates multiple fully equipped spaces, including a film studio, broadcast studio and podcast studio, all capable of being self-operated. The Content and Creative team supports events with services such as graphic and presentation design, video production, event design, scripting, presenter coaching and audience experience curation.

Leadership Appointment Strengthens Delegate Management

Premier Events has also appointed Mel Kay to lead its delegate management division, Premier Connects. Kay brings extensive experience across event management, delegate engagement and event marketing.

McCarthy said her appointment marks an important step for the division, which has more than doubled in size in the past six months, growing from two to five team members.New Website and Brand Refresh Planned for 2026

Alongside structural changes, Premier Events is preparing to launch a new website, reflecting the agency’s evolution and future direction. The refreshed platform will feature a smoother user journey and a refined visual identity that will extend across all Premier brands.

The agency is also implementing Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) to improve visibility in large language model (LLM) searches, a strategy that is already delivering early results.

Strong Exhibiting Presence at Key Industry Shows

Premier Events, Premier Connects and Premier Studios will exhibit consecutively at International Confex, The Event Production Show, and The PA Show this February. The newly merged Content & Creative and Studios division will officially debut at International Confex.

The agency is documenting the multi-show exhibiting process through a behind-the-scenes social media series, offering audiences insight into the scale and complexity of delivering multiple live event showcases simultaneously.

With strong financial performance, expanding teams and a clear roadmap for brand evolution, Premier Events enters 2026 positioned for continued growth in the UK and international events market.
