Professional Woodworking Expo to Co-Locate with InstallerSHOW 2026 at NEC Birmingham

Professional Woodworking Expo 2026 is set to expand its industry reach after Nineteen Group announced a strategic partnership with Montgomery Group, positioning the event alongside InstallerSHOW 2026 and the Painting & Decorating Show.

The co-located exhibitions will take place from 23–25 June 2026 at the NEC Birmingham, creating one of the UK’s most comprehensive platforms for professionals across woodworking, installation, and surface finishing.

According to the organisers, the co-location is designed to reflect the evolving nature of the construction and interiors supply chain, bringing together multiple trades involved in real-world project delivery. While benefiting from the scale and established visitor base of InstallerSHOW, Professional Woodworking Expo will continue to operate under its own distinct brand identity.

The collaboration is expected to significantly broaden the event’s audience, attracting visitors from kitchen and bathroom manufacturing, timber construction, furniture production, shopfitting, interior fit-out, and multi-trade sectors already attending InstallerSHOW.

Mike Costain, Managing Director of Nineteen Group, said the move creates new commercial and international opportunities for exhibitors. He noted that the co-location enables woodworking brands to engage directly with major manufacturers, decision-makers and tradespeople, while showcasing the latest machinery, tools and woodworking innovations on a much larger stage.

David Todd, Event Director at Montgomery Group, added that aligning Professional Woodworking Expo with InstallerSHOW and the Painting & Decorating Show mirrors how modern construction projects are delivered, integrating woodworking, installation and finishing disciplines under one roof.

With this strategic partnership, Professional Woodworking Expo 2026 is positioned to become a key destination for the UK and international woodworking community within a broader, multi-trade exhibition environment.
