Renewable Energy Expo 2026 to Drive Clean Energy Adoption in South India

The 8th edition of Renewable Energy Expo 2026 will take place from 12–14 February 2026 at Halls 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai. Organised by the Renewable Energy Expo Team, a division of WT, the exhibition is recognised as one of South India’s most influential platforms for renewable and sustainable energy technologies.

Held at a pivotal time for the global energy transition, Renewable Energy Expo 2026 aims to accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions by bringing together manufacturers, technology providers, EPC contractors, project developers, policymakers, investors and research institutions from India and international markets. The event aligns with rising investments in green energy and India’s long-term decarbonisation and net-zero goals.

The three-day exhibition will feature a comprehensive showcase of renewable energy technologies, including solar photovoltaic systems, solar thermal solutions, inverters, PV manufacturing equipment, solar water pumps and heaters, energy storage systems, waste-to-energy technologies, wind power, hydropower, biomass, biogas, geothermal and tidal energy solutions. The expo will also highlight community lighting systems and integrated renewable solutions supporting both urban and rural energy needs.

In addition to technology showcases, Renewable Energy Expo 2026 will host system integrators, financial institutions, banks, testing and certification laboratories, and turnkey renewable energy solution providers, covering the entire value chain of the renewable energy ecosystem. This integrated approach positions the exhibition as a key business networking and knowledge exchange hub for the sector.

The venue, Chennai Trade Centre, is among South India’s largest exhibition and convention facilities, offering over 10,500 square metres of modern exhibition space with interconnected halls. Located just 5.5 km from Chennai International Airport, the venue ensures excellent accessibility for both domestic and international exhibitors and visitors.

With strong participation expected from leading renewable energy companies and solution providers, Renewable Energy Expo 2026 is set to play a critical role in promoting sustainable energy adoption, technology innovation and business collaboration across India’s rapidly expanding renewable energy market.
