Montgomery Group Appoints Grant Elrick to Drive Ambitious Growth

Montgomery Group has announced the appointment of Grant Elrick in the newly created sales director role, strengthening its leadership team as the business continues to pursue its ambitious growth across its events portfolio.

Grant joins Montgomery Group with extensive experience in sales leadership, commercial strategy and team development within the events sector. In his new role, he will focus on shaping and delivering a forward-looking sales strategy, building high-performing teams, and deepening long-term client partnerships to support sustained growth.

The appointment follows hot-on-the heels of Montgomery Group 130th year celebrations and comes during a period of ambitious growth for the company, including the recent acquisition of Halldale Group, underlining its commitment to continued investment in people, brands and markets.

Grant will work closely with Montgomery Group’s senior leadership and commercial teams to build on the strong foundations already in place. His focus will include refining value propositions across the entire UK portfolio, empowering teams with clear direction and support, and building strong, long-term client relationships.
