2025 Sydney boat show On August 14–17, the Sydney Show Ground attracted a strong crowd in four days. The organizers say the number in appearance – 23,525 is higher than their expectations.
Cross 21,000 sqm of the incident, visitors detected over 130 exhibitions, 400 boats and thousands of goods, gadgets and technologies. The show also served as a launchpad for innovation, which revealed more than 16 new products, including four global debuts.
The organizers claimed that the incident underlined the importance of the Australian boating industry, which contributes more than $ 10BN (US $ 6.52BN) annually in the national economy and supports over 35,000 jobs. The Sydney boat show NSW injections hundreds of crores of dollars in the economy, produces millions in sales and orders, and reduces tens of tens of jobs.
Adam Smith, president of the Botting Industry Association Limited (BIA), said the exhibitors, stakeholders and the general public’s response was very positive.
He said, “Roll out and response for the new format has been very encouraging, but the show has been possible only through strong cooperation between exhibitors, industries, partners and sponsors to ensure an integrated approach that benefits both the sector and the public,” he said.
“People connect with marine lifestyle in many different ways, but beyond the board it is necessary that their experience is a positive, which is guided by correct knowledge and expertise to ensure that they have a positive experience.
“By 2030 it is predicted that six million people will boat in a wide range of boats and watercrafts in Australia, more than a million registered boats and $ 20 billion spent annually on boating and related activities, underlining the fact that the boat lies down the case,” Smith said.
Malibu Sydney owner Roy Newulan said: “Foot traffic has been with both strong and high quality. We meet with serious buyers who are clear what they want and the overall experience feels purposeful and positive, with low tyrakars.”
David Bradburn, Managing Director of Blue Water Yacht, said: “We were happy that we were part of the 2025 Sydney Boat Show within the Riverna Avenue Precute. It was also encouraged to hear that many potential customers were especially in the Olympic Park to see our Signets 20 in the Olympic Park, and we hope that it would translate into many sales posts.”
The Sydney Boat Show was given in partnership with the Mulfa events by the Botting Industry Association Limited (BIA), which supported the participant in security transport for NSW, Anaconda, Century Battery, GM Specialty Vehicle and Ocean magazines.
The show marked the first of the two major incidents under the BIA’s new dual-formal strategy. The next program will be Sydney International On-Water Boat Show which will be held in Darling Harbor, 13-16 November 2025.
The Sydney International on-Water Boat Show will bring a festival atmosphere to Sydney in the spring, performing more than 200 luxury ships on a purpose in Cock Bay, with more than 200 luxury ships, with Palm Grow, Tamballong Bulleward and an expanded onshore display in Tamballong Park.
