On Event Production Co., the Castle Donington-based event production and scenic fabrication specialist, has unveiled a new purpose-built scenic fabrication facility, boosting capacity and quality control for clients across the UK. The Midlands hub supports a growing portfolio of exhibition, experiential, automotive, pharmaceutical, and technology projects for agencies and brands.
Since launching its scenic department in 2014, On Event Production Co. has combined scenic build and technical production under one roof, delivering high-quality event sets, exhibitions, and brand activations. Continued growth led to the need for a dedicated facility, moving from a shared warehouse into a modern, purpose-designed space.
The new scenic hub, created from two neighbouring industrial units, includes extensive build areas for large-scale projects, CNC machining, a spray booth, digital project tracking, offices, meeting rooms, and welfare facilities. This setup enables pre-event builds, allowing clients to walk through, test, and approve projects before on-site installation.
The facility is designed to improve efficiency, strengthen cost management, maintain quality and safety standards, and support fast turnaround times. Recent projects include touring roadshow assets for a global technology brand, helping product experts showcase new handset features in call centres and retail environments.
