REFCOLD India 2025, South Asia’s prominent refrigeration & cold chain exhibition, is set to take place at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from 18-20 September 2025.
Organized by ISHRAE in partnership with Informa Markets India, the event will bring together over 200 exhibitors and is expected to welcome more than 10,000 professionals spanning industries such as agriculture, food processing, pharmaceuticals, logistics, healthcare, and retail.
In North India — a region with substantial agricultural output — the cold chain sector is especially significant. The rise of e-commerce and food delivery has intensified demand for efficient refrigeration, cold storage, and temperature-controlled logistics.
The market size for the cold chain industry is currently valued at around USD 10.5 billion (2024), with projections suggesting growth to USD 74.5 billion by 2033, reflecting the scale of opportunity.

Sessions like India Cold Chain Conclave 4.0, INDEE 3.0, and IIR Seminar will focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, climate-resilient practices, and natural refrigerants. These knowledge forums will be critical for shaping sector policies and industry adoption of green technologies.
