Saudi Arabia and Legends Global form joint venture

Saudi Arabia’s Event Investment Fund (EIF) and Legends Global have announced a joint venture to manage and operate exhibition, convention, and entertainment venues across the Kingdom. The collaboration will initially focus on venues developed by EIF, with Legends Global providing exclusive management services as each venue is completed and opened to the public.

The partnership was officially announced on 10 December 2025 in Riyadh, with the signing ceremony taking place during the Momentum Development Conference.

The first project under this joint venture will be an Olympic-standard shooting range in Riyadh. Future developments are expected to include a business convention and exhibition centre and a major arena, both also located in the capital. Through this venture, EIF and Legends Global aim to deliver world-class event venues catering to culture, entertainment, tourism, and indoor sports.

Wahdan Suliman Alkadi, CEO of EIF, described the partnership as a “defining moment for Saudi Arabia’s events sector,” emphasizing the potential impact on the Kingdom’s growing event and entertainment industry.

Dan Levy, CEO of Legends Global, expressed gratitude to EIF for the collaboration, calling it a “once-in-a-generation opportunity” to combine local insight with global expertise.

Harvey Lister AM, President and CEO for Asia Pacific and the Middle East at Legends Global, highlighted the value of merging local heritage with international venue management experience, saying the joint venture would help establish a network of world-class venues across Saudi Arabia.
