The 57th edition of Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris is being held from 15 to 17 September 2025 at the Paris-Le Bourget Exhibition Centre. Nearly 1,300 exhibitors from over 35 countries are showing up, marking a strong gathering of textile material and garment manufacturing talent.
The show combines two major sourcing segments: Texworld, which focuses on raw and semi-processed materials, and Apparel Sourcing, which includes finished garments, clothing accessories, and related apparel products. Together they form one of Europe’s most comprehensive visit venues for fashion and manufacturing supply chains.
Key sourcing hubs like China, India, Türkiye, South Korea, and Taiwan are participating, along with growing representation from Central and Eastern Europe including Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, and Ukraine. This reflects a shift toward more diversified and closer-to-market sourcing.
Sustainability and innovation are major themes this year. The Avantex sector highlights eco-friendly materials, traceability, circular production, and related service solutions. Meanwhile, the Texpertise Econogy initiative features an Econogy Hub, specialized tours, talks, and a directory (Econogy Finder) to connect attendees with sustainable exhibitors.
In addition, sessions address topics that are increasingly shaping the industry—like regulatory trends, the impact of artificial intelligence on design, natural fibre development, and circularity in production.
Specialist craftsmanship is also spotlighted. Zones dedicated to embroidery, denim, leather work, and experiments with new materials offer visitors both tradition and forward-looking design.
Organizers note that global supply chains are being reconfigured under economic pressures, and there is renewed interest in sourcing closer to end markets. The show responds to that, offering both raw material producers and garment manufacturers platforms to connect meaningfully.
Exhibition Globe readers—exhibition planners, designers, supply chain stakeholders—can see this edition of Texworld Paris as a benchmark for large-scale sourcing fairs, especially in how sustainability, material innovation, and proximity in sourcing are being integrated at scale.
