BANGKOK, Thailand – [24 September 2025] – Thai Exhibition Association (TEA) is pleased to announce that the next edition of Thailand MICE Exchange 2026 (TMX 2026) – Thailand’s annual exhibition and conference platform for the MICE industry – will take place from 29th to 30th April 2026 at the QSNCC venue in Bangkok, Thailand.
Organized under the theme “Innovation & Sustainability: Powering Excellence & Growth in Thailand’s MICE Industry”, TMX 2026 is an annual face-to-face exchange platform to network and forge business opportunities amongst Thailand and international MICE industry.
TMX 2026 is set to elevate Thailand’s MICE industry by driving innovation and sustainability, while serving as a premier platform for knowledge exchange through a series of insightful conferences. Beyond this, the event will act as a catalyst, encouraging corporations to integrate MICE into their core marketing and business strategies.
Organized by the Thai Exhibition Association (TEA) in strategic partnership with the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), TMX 2026 is expected to bring together 100 local and international MICE exhibitors, showcasing the full spectrum of business events, travel products, services, and solutions to over 4,000 trade delegates from Thailand and across Southeast Asia.
Apart from the exhibition, TMX 2026 will feature two main conference tracks: the ‘Main Stage’ and the ‘X-Change Square.’ The Main Stage will host a high-level C-suite conference addressing themes such as growth, profitability, risk, future trends, and leadership. Meanwhile, the X-Change Square will serve as a practical knowledge-sharing platform focused on MICE best practices and operations. Together, these two tracks are expected to deliver over 30 sessions, featuring more than 61 speakers and attracting 1,400 attendees.
Another highlight of TMX 2026 is its dedicated Business Matching Program, designed to facilitate over 360 pre-arranged one-to-one meetings between buyers and sellers across two days
