What to expect from Apple’s upcoming September event?

Apple will host its traditional September event in a few weeks. If the tech giant follows the past trends we can expect that company will reveal the next generation of the iPhone which will be the key highlight of the event. The company is expected to uncover multiple devices at the event, the next series of iPhone, i.e The iPhone 14 series and Apple watch series 8 are the most expected devices to be launched. Let’s take a look at what we can expect to see in Apple’s upcoming event.

Next series of iPhone – iPhone 14

The iPhone 14 series is most likely to be launched at Apple’s traditional event. It is anticipated that it will be the key highlight of the event. According to the rumors in the market, the company is expected to launch four new models this year. But for the first time, only the pro models of the iPhone will have Apple’s Next-generation A16 bionic chip. On the other hand, the regular variants of the iPhone will be powered with an A15 chip same as the iPhone 13, or a modified version of that chip.

Apart from it, the iPhone mini is expected to be replaced by an iPhone Max that will have the same hardware as the base iPhone but with a larger screen and battery.

Rumors are there that Apple will keep the same camera setup in the new series of iPhone 14 as in last year’s iPhone 13 which means iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max can have two rear cameras while the Pro models can have three cameras and a LiDAR sensor. According to keep up with the trends, the company can upgrade Pro models with a 48-megapixel sensor while regular variants will have 12 megapixels as the better camera version upgrades are reserved for the Pro models.

The prices for iPhone 14 series are likely to rise due to inflation and manufacturing costs. It is expected that iPhone 14 can start at $899 (approximately Rs 71,776) and the iPhone 14 Max can start at $999 (approximately Rs 79,665). The iPhone 14 Pro is expected to start at $1,099 (approximately Rs 87,640) and the iPhone 14 Pro Max could start at $1,199 (approximately Rs 96,706).

Apple Watch Series 8

Another rumor that is spreading over the Market is that Apple can launch its upcoming smartwatch at the event. It is said that the all-new smartwatch can feature a new design language along with squared-off edges just like the company’s smartphones. But there is also news that Apple Watch series 8 will not be far different from Watch Series 7.

According to allegedly leaked photos of Series 8 by a Twitter user, it is claimed that Series 8 will not be different from Series 7. It will not come with different sensors and will not have any titanium variant. Instead, it will come in aluminum and stainless steel variants. The user also claimed that the aluminum variant will come in midnight, starlight, and red color options while the stainless steel variant will come in silver and graphite colors. Also, keep in mind that these rumors are only for the base model of the watch and do not belong to Pro models.

Other Devices we may expect – Airpods Pro 2

The company’s Airpods Pro was launched in 2019 and is ready for an update. It is expected that Apple can launch its new Airpods at the event. Apple analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo predicted that Apple’s next-generation Airpods can have a feature lightning connector.

As per the reports, the new Airpods Pro 2 can come up with an upgraded H1 chip and can have features including self-adaptive noise cancellation capabilities, better performance, and improved power consumption. There are so many rumors going on right now related to Apple’s upcoming event. But all the rumors will be cleared once the event happens.
