The Wuka Group at Cape Town has appointed Alex Seriral as the Consultant Head of AI Environment and Human Systems. Chief Executive David Ashdown saw an immediate requirement to ensure the company’s survival to adopt AI.
The four -time founder and communication advisor, Serell, will lead Wuka’s AI adoption strategy in his operation. Events as appointment come with industry automation and changing the expectations of the audience.
Wuka CEO David Ashdown said the move was needed to survive. “If we fail to embrace AI, we risk becoming obsolete, and I will not allow this to happen with the Wuka group,” he said.
“It seems like a strong statement, but … I have been in the conference industry for 25 years, and for those 23 years we have seen increased changes in the operating process. In the last 2 years we have seen an exponential change of how we work.”
The company has planned to re -prepare the employees, which is called “a balanced mixture of human and digital capacity”, focusing on connection and innovation facilities.
Searle established the strategy consultancy humble mind and hosted a humble mind podcast. He first worked with Aishdown on South African enterprises almost a decade ago.
