Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai announced the extension of the legacy of Dubai Expo City which is set to open in phases from October. The event Expo 2020 Dubai has achieved outstanding and global achievements at various levels. The city is a quality landmark on the urban map of Dubai and will add vibrancy to the economy as well as intellectual growth.
During the session, several possibilities were discussed including the integration of the city will result in Dubai’s huge global success. The participants also discussed the historical success of Expo 2020 Dubai and the scope of Expo City Dubai in the field of Education. Dr. Mansour al-Awar, the President of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, appreciated the opening of the new smart city as it is packed with many scientific research centers. He pointed out that the city is a blessing for future generations as it has new technological infrastructure that will provide digital capabilities to future generations.
