Tampa, Florida: Align Exhibits, a national trade show exhibit and services company, has announced the acquisition of Suncoast Displays, a Tampa-based provider of trade show exhibits and event marketing solutions. The acquisition officially took effect on February 13, 2026, marking a significant step in Align Exhibits’ strategy to expand its footprint across the southeastern United States.

Strategic Expansion in the Trade Show Industry

With more than 35 years of experience, Suncoast Displays has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality exhibit solutions and maintaining long-standing client relationships throughout Florida and across the U.S. The company’s longtime owners, Paul and Carole Dale, have officially retired following the transaction.

Under the acquisition agreement, the existing Tampa-based team will remain in place, ensuring business continuity and uninterrupted service for current clients.

Leadership Vision for Growth

According to Troy Trice, CEO of Align Exhibits, the acquisition aligns with the company’s broader vision of building a scalable and operationally efficient organization for exhibitors nationwide.

Trice noted that Suncoast Displays has established a respected operation built on strong relationships and execution. Align Exhibits plans to strengthen this foundation by introducing improved operational systems, expanded infrastructure, and a unified team designed to support clients on a larger scale.

Integration and Branding Transition

During the integration phase, Suncoast Displays will continue operating from its current Tampa facility. Over the coming months, the brand will gradually transition into Align Exhibits as part of a phased integration strategy.

Clients will gain access to Align’s Alignment 360™ service model, a proprietary system that offers enhanced exhibit asset visibility, streamlined logistics coordination, and centralized project management.
