The Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA) has announced its newly elected Governing Body for the 2026–28 term, appointing Deepak Choudhary as the new President. As India’s leading association representing the events, entertainment, experiential marketing, and MICE industries, EEMA’s new leadership is expected to steer the organization toward greater industry collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Deepak Choudhary Takes Over as EEMA President
Deepak Choudhary has officially assumed the role of President, leading a distinguished team of industry professionals committed to strengthening India’s fast-growing events and experiential ecosystem. Under his leadership, EEMA aims to enhance industry representation, advocate for progressive policies, and create new opportunities for businesses operating across the events, exhibitions, and MICE sectors.
Joining the executive leadership are Mahavir Sharma as Executive Vice President, Vinod Janardhan as General Secretary, Hareesh Babu as Secretary, and Vipul Agarwal as Treasurer. Together, the newly elected office bearers will focus on addressing emerging industry challenges while promoting innovation, skill development, and long-term sustainability.
Regional Leadership Strengthened Across India
To ensure strong representation from every region of the country, EEMA has also announced a balanced regional leadership structure. Vipul Pandhi has been appointed Vice President for North India, R. Ramkumar for South India, Harshal Kothari for West India, and Saroj Mallia for East India.
Supporting the regional leadership are Joint Secretaries Naveen Gupta (North), Nehal Shah (West), and Vishnu Muchhal (East). The Governing Body also includes Committee Members Anup Joy (South), Pankaj Bansal (East), and Manaswini Saraswati (East), ensuring comprehensive representation from key industry hubs across the country.
