South Korea-based global exhibition logistics and international freight forwarding company EXPOLINE has announced a strategic partnership with US-based GES (Global Experience Specialists), becoming its official authorised logistics partner in Korea.
The collaboration marks a significant step in strengthening exhibition logistics support for Korean companies participating in trade shows, conventions, and international business exhibitions across the United States.
Under the partnership, EXPOLINE will provide comprehensive logistics services for Korean exhibitors, including international cargo transportation, exhibition freight forwarding, customs clearance, venue delivery, and move-in and move-out coordination at exhibition centres across the US. The company will also offer on-site operational assistance and specialised project cargo handling services tailored to the unique requirements of exhibition logistics.
Through this alliance with GES, EXPOLINE aims to improve the efficiency, reliability, and responsiveness of its US exhibition logistics network. The company expects the partnership to significantly enhance its ability to manage time-sensitive exhibition cargo while ensuring seamless delivery and installation support for Korean exhibitors.
A major highlight of the partnership is the introduction of a more streamlined Door-to-Door one-stop logistics solution for GES exhibition transportation projects. This integrated service will cover the complete logistics process, starting from cargo departure in Korea through customs processing and final delivery directly to exhibition booths at venues throughout the United States.
Cargo shipments managed by EXPOLINE will also benefit from priority co-ordination through GES’s extensive US exhibition services network, allowing faster issue resolution, improved on-site handling, and more efficient venue access management.
In a statement regarding the agreement, GES said that EXPOLINE will act as its authorised Korean partner and that both companies will work together on joint promotional activities and exhibition cargo referrals.
GES added that it looks forward to continued close collaboration to support international transportation and on-site logistics operations for Korean companies exhibiting at major US trade shows.
The partnership reflects the increasing demand for integrated cross-border exhibition logistics solutions as more Korean businesses expand their participation in global trade events. With growing opportunities in the US exhibition market, this collaboration is expected to provide Korean exhibitors with stronger logistical reliability, operational flexibility, and improved event execution support.
The move further reinforces EXPOLINE’s position as a leading global exhibition logistics specialist while expanding GES’s international partnership network to better serve Asia-based exhibitors entering the US market.
