FFAIR, the award-winning exhibitor and sponsorship management platform, has announced a major enhancement to its integration with Jonas Event Technology, a leading provider of event registration solutions. The upgraded partnership introduces real-time data synchronisation, automated record matching, and one-click exhibitor access, helping event organisers streamline operations and improve exhibitor experiences.

Enhanced Event Technology Integration Builds on 2023 Partnership

FFAIR and Jonas Event Technology first partnered in 2023 by integrating Jonas’ event registration platform with FFAIR’s online exhibitor manual and e-commerce solution through single sign-on (SSO). The collaboration aimed to simplify exhibitor management and reduce operational complexity for exhibition and conference organisers.

Following positive industry feedback, both companies have expanded the integration to address common challenges such as disconnected event management systems, duplicate data entry, and manual administration across multiple platforms.

Real-Time Data Synchronisation Eliminates Manual Work

The latest upgrade enables real-time synchronisation of exhibitor information between both platforms. Any changes made to exhibitor profiles, stand allocations, or company details within FFAIR are now automatically reflected in Jonas Event Technology without requiring manual exports or imports.

The system also features intelligent account matching, ensuring that updates such as company name changes or stand reassignments are instantly synchronised across both platforms. This automation significantly reduces administrative effort while improving data accuracy for event organisers.

One-Click Exhibitor Access Improves User Experience

Another key enhancement is the introduction of one-click access for exhibitors. A dedicated Jonas Event Technology button has been added to the FFAIR Exhibitor Portal, allowing exhibitors to access their Jonas Event Technology application directly without additional logins or passwords.

The portal also includes embedded task list links, making it easier for exhibitors to manage registrations, complete event-related tasks, and access important information from a single interface.
