The transaction marks Hyve’s eighth acquisition since 2024 and the first completed under its newly launched Ascend30 growth strategy, a business plan designed to accelerate international expansion through strategic acquisitions and organic growth.
The investment comes at a time when the global legal services market, valued at more than US$470 billion, is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8% to 10% through 2030.
