The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has unveiled a modern, integrated digital platform for the Department of Commerce (DoC), marking a major step toward enhancing digital service delivery for exporters, importers, and trade stakeholders across India. Designed in compliance with the Digital Brand Identity Manual (DBIM) 3.0 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW), the platform ensures high standards of usability, accessibility, and cybersecurity.

Alongside the website launch, a bilingual mobile application-available on both Android and iOS-has also been introduced. The app offers advanced features such as offline access and GPS-enabled services, enabling users to retrieve critical trade information anytime, anywhere. Built with scalability in mind, the platform includes provisions for regular upgrades and security enhancements.
