India Warehousing Show 2026 Set to Showcase the Future of Logistics, Supply Chain and Smart Warehousing in New Delhi

The Indian warehousing and logistics industry is gearing up for one of its most significant business events as the 15th edition of the India Warehousing Show (IWS) 2026 is scheduled to take place from 25-27 June 2026 at YashoBhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Centre), Dwarka, New Delhi. Organized by RX India, the event is expected to bring together more than 15,000 trade visitors and over 300 exhibitors from India and across the globe, making it one of the largest gatherings of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain professionals in the country.

Spread across an expansive 20,000 square metres of exhibition space, the India Warehousing Show has established itself as the premier platform for showcasing innovations in warehousing, intralogistics, automation, material handling, transportation, and supply chain management. The event serves as a strategic meeting point for industry leaders, policymakers, investors, technology providers, manufacturers, and logistics experts looking to explore emerging opportunities and drive business growth.

The 2026 edition comes at a crucial time for India’s rapidly expanding logistics sector. According to industry estimates, the Indian logistics market is valued at approximately USD 380 billion in 2025 and is growing at an annual rate of 10-12 percent. This growth is being fueled by increasing industrial production, the rise of e-commerce, expanding retail networks, and growing demand for efficient supply chain infrastructure. However, despite this strong momentum, logistics costs in India continue to account for nearly 12 percent of GDP, significantly higher than the global average of 8-9 percent.

As India aims to become a global manufacturing powerhouse and achieve its long-term economic growth ambitions, reducing logistics costs and improving operational efficiency remain key priorities. In this context, warehousing is increasingly being viewed as a strategic enabler of economic development rather than merely a storage function. Modern warehouses equipped with automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, and digital tracking systems are becoming essential for improving supply chain performance and supporting industrial competitiveness.

Recognizing the importance of logistics infrastructure, the Government of India has announced investments of approximately ₹11 lakh crore under major initiatives such as PM Gati Shakti and the National Logistics Policy. These programs are designed to create an integrated and multimodal logistics ecosystem that improves connectivity, streamlines freight movement, and enhances efficiency across the supply chain. The India Warehousing Show 2026 will provide a platform where industry stakeholders can explore practical solutions aligned with these national development goals.

Speaking about the upcoming edition, Umang Gupta, Country Head, RX India, highlighted the evolving role of warehousing in India’s economic transformation. He stated that warehousing is no longer simply about infrastructure but has become a critical contributor to national economic growth. According to Gupta, as India accelerates investments in logistics modernization, the industry must focus on execution-led growth and technology adoption. He emphasized that the India Warehousing Show 2026 will serve as a platform where policy vision and deployable solutions come together to create meaningful impact across the logistics value chain.

A major attraction of the event will be its comprehensive industry conference, which will run alongside the exhibition during the first two days. The conference will be organized under the theme “Gati to Growth: Synchronizing Infrastructure and Intelligence in India’s Warehousing for a $5 Trillion Economy.” The summit is expected to feature more than 50 distinguished speakers participating in eight curated sessions focused on the most pressing issues and opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.

The conference agenda will include Policy Makers’ Talks, CXO Power Panels, and expert discussions covering a wide range of topics such as supply chain resilience, logistics optimization, transport integration, regional warehousing development, sustainability, digital transformation, and the future of e-commerce logistics. Industry experts will share insights into how businesses can adapt to changing market conditions while leveraging technology to improve operational performance and customer service.

The second day of the conference will focus on emerging logistics hubs that are playing a crucial role in India’s infrastructure expansion. Special attention will be given to states such as Uttar Pradesh, which is rapidly emerging as a preferred destination for logistics parks, industrial corridors, and warehousing investments. Discussions will also explore how artificial intelligence can move beyond pilot projects to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.

Another key topic on the agenda will be the development of robust cold chain infrastructure. Experts will examine strategies for strengthening temperature-controlled logistics networks across sectors ranging from agriculture and food processing to pharmaceuticals and healthcare. Sustainability and environmental responsibility will also remain central themes, with sessions dedicated to achieving net-zero supply chains, reducing carbon emissions, and promoting green logistics practices.

Beyond the exhibition and conference, the India Warehousing Show 2026 will offer several business networking and engagement initiatives designed to maximize opportunities for exhibitors and visitors. The GoConnect pre-event matchmaking platform will enable participants to schedule meetings in advance, while the VIP Buyer Programme will facilitate interactions between exhibitors and key decision-makers from leading organizations. Additionally, the Colleqt application will help attendees manage contacts, capture leads, and streamline networking activities throughout the event.

The exhibition will feature a diverse range of solutions catering to industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and third-party logistics (3PL and 4PL). Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the latest innovations in warehouse automation, robotics, material handling equipment, inventory management systems, smart storage solutions, and supply chain technologies.

As India’s logistics sector continues its transformation journey, the India Warehousing Show 2026 is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of warehousing and supply chain management. By bringing together industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, and technology providers under one roof, the event will foster collaboration, encourage innovation, and create new business opportunities that contribute to India’s vision of becoming a globally competitive logistics hub.
