InfoComm América Latina 2026 Opens Registration for Second Edition in Mexico City

Mexico City: Registration is now officially open for InfoComm América Latina 2026, which will take place from October 21–23, 2026, at the World Trade Center International Exhibition and Convention Center (CIEC WTC) in Mexico City. Organized by Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association, the event is set to return for its second edition, bringing together professionals from the audiovisual (AV) and integrated experience industries across Latin America.

InfoComm América Latina 2026 to Showcase Latest AV Technologies

InfoComm América Latina 2026 will focus on cutting-edge professional audiovisual technologies used across industries, including museums, sports venues, concert halls, corporate meeting spaces, educational institutions, houses of worship, and entertainment facilities. The exhibition is expected to attract more than 7,000 attendees and will feature a 4,000-square-meter exhibition floor with nearly 100 exhibitors representing over 120 global and regional brands.

Event Aims to Strengthen Latin America’s AV Industry

According to Ana Elisa Benavent, Show Director of InfoComm América Latina, the event has quickly become a key platform where international innovation connects with business opportunities across Latin America.

She noted that the exhibition is designed not only to showcase the latest technologies but also to help professionals gain industry knowledge, establish strategic partnerships, and discover solutions that support business growth and industry development.

Expanded Education Program Includes New AI Summit

The 2026 edition will feature an expanded educational program with nearly 50 conference sessions conducted over three days across four dedicated conference rooms.

The program will include the Congreso AVIXA, keynote presentations, manufacturer-led technical training, and guided site visits to AV-enabled venues. A major new addition for 2026 is the AI Summit, offering a full day of sessions exploring the growing role of artificial intelligence in audiovisual integration and technology solutions.

Professionals pursuing the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credential will also have access to certification courses and related activities during the event.

Major Exhibitors and Demo Rooms Return

Many exhibitors from the inaugural edition have confirmed their participation in InfoComm América Latina 2026. Among them is Dextra Electronics, which will showcase solutions from leading brands including Harman Professional, Bose Professional, Hisense, Netgear, and several others in the new Olmeca Hall.

Another confirmed exhibitor, AV Tools, will present products from Electro-Voice and Snap One>.

The exhibition will also feature nine dedicated Demo Rooms, where visitors can experience live demonstrations of professional AV solutions from brands such as L-Acoustics, Bose Professional, and other leading solution providers.

Concierge Service for International Visitors

To improve the experience for overseas attendees, organizers will once again provide a dedicated concierge service offering bilingual support in both Spanish and English. The service will assist visitors with travel logistics, immigration guidance, transportation, hotel reservations, and meeting coordination with exhibitors and AVIXA members.

Registration for InfoComm América Latina 2026 is free for industry professionals and accredited media representatives.
