INVNT Expands Creative Leadership in the U.S.
As part of the latest organizational changes, Matt Flachsenhaar has been promoted to Vice President, Creative, while Allie Pristas has been appointed Executive Creative Director and Paul Leopold has moved into the role of Senior Creative Director.
The appointments reflect INVNT’s continued focus on developing senior creative talent and strengthening its ability to deliver culturally relevant and emotionally engaging brand experiences.
Flachsenhaar highlighted the professional growth of Pristas and Leopold, noting that both creatives have developed a strong understanding of client businesses and have contributed to shaping the direction and growth of major accounts.
The U.S. creative team operates as part of INVNT’s global creative department, which is led across the agency’s international offices by Chief Creative Officer Paul Blurton.
Design Team Receives New Leadership
INVNT has also announced promotions within its design department. Caitlin Regan and Kate Capone have been promoted to Design Directors, while Alex Cannon has been appointed Art Director.
In addition, Nick Casillo has joined INVNT as an Associate Graphic Designer, alongside Ana Mahadevan, further expanding the agency’s design capabilities.
Regan and Capone have worked together for more than a decade and will now jointly lead INVNT’s growing U.S. design department. Their focus will include developing a diverse creative team, exploring new approaches to design and delivering high-quality visual experiences for clients.
