300+ Products and Solutions on Display

The Media Expo 2026 show floor features a wide range of products and technologies serving the printing, signage, advertising and branding sectors.

The exhibition brings together established Indian companies as well as international brands, giving industry professionals an opportunity to compare different technologies and identify solutions suited to their business requirements.

Digital Signage and LED Technology Take Centre Stage

One of the major highlights of the 59th edition is the expanded presence of advanced signage and digital display technologies.

The exhibition features the latest printing machinery, inks, papers, ACP and signage materials, digital signage and display solutions, LED displays and video walls. Large-format digital printing, POP and POS solutions, retail branding systems and technology-driven printing and signage equipment are also among the key categories on display.

The growing presence of these technologies reflects a broader transformation in the visual communication industry. Businesses are increasingly moving beyond conventional printed signage towards integrated digital, interactive and experience-led branding solutions.

Large-Format Printing Supports New Branding Opportunities

Large-format digital printing continues to play an important role in advertising, retail branding, events, interiors and outdoor communication. Advances in printing equipment, inks and substrates are allowing businesses to create increasingly detailed and customised visual displays.

For commercial printers, advertising agencies and brand owners, these developments are creating opportunities to deliver larger, more impactful and application-specific branding solutions.

Media Expo provides visitors with the opportunity to see these technologies in operation and understand how developments in printing can be applied across different commercial environments.

Retail and OOH Advertising Drive Innovation

The growth of organised retail and out-of-home advertising is also influencing the development of signage and display technologies in India.

Retailers are investing in POP and POS branding, digital displays and customised visual communication to create stronger customer experiences. At the same time, OOH media owners and advertising agencies are exploring LED displays, large-format printing and other technologies for high-impact campaigns.

This convergence of retail, advertising, technology and design is making exhibitions such as Media Expo important platforms for discovering new applications and business opportunities.

International Participation Strengthens Media Expo

The participation of companies from China, Italy and Taiwan adds an international dimension to the 2026 edition. With 17 international companies making their debut, the exhibition is providing Indian buyers with greater exposure to technologies and solutions from international markets.

The international participation also creates opportunities for manufacturers, distributors and technology companies to develop new business relationships within India’s growing advertising, printing and signage ecosystem.

Media Expo 2026 Reflects the Evolution of Visual Communication

The 59th edition of Media Expo comes at a time when the role of visual communication is expanding rapidly. Businesses across retail, hospitality, real estate, corporate infrastructure, events and advertising are looking for new ways to attract attention and communicate their brands.

As a result, printing and signage are increasingly becoming part of broader brand experiences rather than simply serving as conventional communication tools.

The technologies and products being showcased at Bharat Mandapam demonstrate this shift, combining print, LED, digital displays, signage materials, retail branding and other solutions to create more immersive visual environments.

Three Days of Business, Networking and Innovation

With more than 140 exhibitors, 300+ products and solutions and a growing international presence, Media Expo 2026 is bringing together a diverse cross-section of the visual communication ecosystem.

The three-day exhibition is expected to provide manufacturers, buyers, technology providers, agencies, printers, retailers, brand managers and OOH professionals with opportunities to explore new products, discuss industry requirements and establish business connections.

As the printing, signage and advertising industries continue to evolve, the latest edition of Media Expo is showcasing how technology and creativity are reshaping the way brands communicate across physical and digital environments.
