The booking process began on January 25, 2025, and saw over 350 companies securing their spots on the very first day. Currently, 446 exhibitors have confirmed participation through a transparent priority-based allocation system.

Space Charges and Early Booking Discounts
Exhibitors can choose between two primary participation options:
- Bare Space: ₹8,000 per sqm (minimum 30 sqm)
- Shell Scheme: ₹9,000 per sqm (minimum 15 sqm)
Early bird exhibitors can avail a discount of ₹1,400 per sqm for bookings completed by March 31, 2026. An additional discount of ₹400 per sqm is available for bookings made between April 1 and October 31, 2026. These discounts are subject to timely payment as per the defined schedule.

The upcoming edition will feature a segment-wise hall layout, currently under development, along with live machinery demonstrations and digital tools such as online meeting scheduling to improve interaction between exhibitors and visitors.
