PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 Sells Out Seven Months Before Opening, Confirms Record Industry Response

PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 Exhibition Space Fully Booked

The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) has announced that exhibition space for the 17th PRINTPACK INDIA has been completely sold out nearly seven months ahead of the event. Due to limited capacity at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, IPAMA has officially stopped accepting new applications for exhibition space.

Scheduled to take place from 30 January to 3 February 2027, PRINTPACK INDIA has once again demonstrated its status as India’s leading exhibition for the printing, packaging, converting and allied machinery industries. The early sell-out reflects strong confidence from both domestic and international exhibitors while reinforcing the event’s reputation as one of the world’s premier trade fairs for the graphic arts and packaging sectors.

More Than 600 Companies to Showcase Latest Technologies

Over 600 Indian and international exhibitors have secured their participation under IPAMA’s first-come, first-served allocation policy. The exhibition will span approximately 100,000 square metres of gross exhibition space, featuring the latest innovations, advanced machinery and cost-effective solutions for the printing and packaging industry.

In addition to exhibitors, IPAMA has allocated exhibition space to 22 industry associations, federations and media partners, recognising their contribution to the development and promotion of the sector.

Visitor Attendance Expected to Reach Record Levels

The previous edition of PRINTPACK INDIA welcomed 141,101 business visitors from 84 countries, making it one of the industry’s most successful events. Building on that achievement, IPAMA expects visitor attendance to increase by nearly 25% in 2027, potentially making it the largest edition in the exhibition’s history.

Business visitors will have the opportunity to explore products and technologies across a wide range of industry segments, including printing machinery, packaging machinery, flexible packaging, corrugation, label printing, digital printing, screen and textile printing, signage and LED solutions, paper and non-woven products, pre-press, post-press, converting equipment, software, consumables, spare parts and other allied sectors.

IPAMA Continues Support for MSMEs

IPAMA continues to encourage wider industry participation by offering special member discounts and Early Bird incentives, helping MSMEs and emerging businesses exhibit their products at competitive costs.

The association has also finalized most service providers to ensure international-standard exhibition facilities. Complimentary shuttle bus services between Botanical Garden Metro Station and the exhibition venue will be available throughout the event, providing convenient transportation for exhibitors and visitors.

Global Promotion Campaign Underway

To maximize international participation, IPAMA has launched an extensive promotional campaign across print, digital and electronic media. The association will also organize industry interaction meetings and one-to-one networking sessions across several Indian states in the months leading up to the exhibition.

Invitations will be extended to industry leaders, trade associations, government organizations and distinguished dignitaries to participate in the inaugural ceremony.

PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 Set to Be the Biggest Edition Yet

With exhibition space completely booked well before the event, record exhibitor participation and expectations of significantly higher visitor turnout, PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 is on track to become the largest and most successful edition in its history. The exhibition is expected to further strengthen India’s position as a global destination for printing, packaging, converting and allied technologies while creating new business opportunities for manufacturers, suppliers and industry professionals worldwide.
