Call & Contact Centre Expo, B2B Marketing Expo, Sales Innovation Expo and Legalex took place across two days at ExCel and saw business booming.

Call & Contact Centre Expo recorded its most successful event to date, with over 5,300 attendees across the two days and saw an increase of 16% in visitor numbers compared to 2022. Attendees were able to network with industry leading suppliers including Keynote sponsor NICE.

Call & Contact Centre Expo event director, David Juniper said: “This year’s event was a fantastic success with a packed exhibition hall and attendance up year on year. We also saw our end-user attendees grow by 100%, which is a phenomenal achievement. End users are the people who use or are intended to use the product which is exactly the audience we wanted to attract this year.”

The B2B Marketing Expo and Sales Innovation Expo drew in over 6,300 marketing and sales professionals to learn and extend their knowledge by hearing from industry experts and being able to see first-hand about the new martech products disrupting the industry.

B2B Marketing Expo and Sales Innovation Expo event director, Chris Martin said: “The calibre of the attendees was extremely high this year as we saw an increase of 41% in seniority level which was great for our exhibitors and partners, and there was lots of business conversations taking place on the show floor. We were extremely proud to host a packed conference programme and tackle relevant topics and in total we hosted 108 seminar sessions lead by 132 expert speakers and panellists and every session had great feedback.”

In addition, Legalex, which provides event catering to the needs of all legal professionals and firms seeking to foster growth and advance their professional development, also achieved an all-time high with a growth of 14% year on year.
